By downloading or using Passport Photo App ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
1. License
The Application is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail.
2. Permitted Use
The Application is intended for personal, non-commercial use to prepare passport, visa, ID card, residence permit, and driving licence photos for official document submissions. You may use the Application to:
- Prepare photos for official government document applications.
- Export digital photo files and print-ready sheets for personal use.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or its content.
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Application.
- Use the Application for unlawful purposes or to submit fraudulent documents.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Application.
4. Photo Accuracy
The Application assists with sizing, cropping, and formatting photos according to common official requirements. However, official document photo requirements may vary and change over time. It is your responsibility to verify that any photo prepared with the Application meets the current requirements of the relevant authority before submission.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the Application are the property of Passport Photo App and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that photos prepared with it will be accepted by any government authority.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passport Photo App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
